Thanks all for your help. I was able to get the build by using Rufus to create a bootable usb drive. Surprisingly to me, the Rufus utility had all the Microsoft media creation tools builds, past or present, available to choose from. As mentioned above, you can use Rufus to download and create the media with the version of Win10 you need.
Not familiar with Rufus i downloaded and it will format usb but where does it get the files from? Click Download. Go from there.
